The Indoors
Entered via the communal hallway on the raised ground floor, the large reception room/dining area has high ceilings, a south facing double glazed sash window that is flanked by newly replaced shutters with slats, original wooden flooring and a feature fireplace surrounded by an exposed brick chimney stack. Down a few steps into the kitchen there are four skylights that flood the space with natural light. More of the exposed brick along the walls, a gas hob and oven are surrounded by plenty of worktops and cupboard space, more of the original wooden flooring underfoot and floor to ceiling French doors that open out onto the garden.
Just off the hallway there is a separate W.C. that has been recently renovated by Duravit, Villeroy Boch, Doums tiles on walls and natural marble floor and there is a heated towel rail. Under the stairs there is a handy storage cupboard. The main bathroom is on the ground floor and also benefits from a recent refurbishment in Duravit with Villeroy Boch, integrated light in the mirrors. Doums tiles on walls and natural marble floor, the shower has added height, there is a heated towel rail, hand basin with mirror fronted cupboards above and W.C. Ascending the wooden staircase onto the first floor, we find two further double bedrooms. the first of which has floor to ceiling French windows, a separate sash window, horizontal radiator and original wooden flooring. The third bedroom has two sash windows, wooden flooring underfoot and a built in cupboard.
